Ranch Riding is still in the developmental stages, but judges say it is a “transitions” class, meaning clean, crisp and smooth transitions are what get the best scores. Although similar to reining in its scoring system, Ranch Riding has a much shorter duration pattern, with many more maneuvers. Sue has judged and shown in Ranch Riding, winning year end and circuit champion awards.
